The student autonomy of secondary schools in the Shaan-Gan-Ning border region stems from the rise of student groups after the "May 4th" movement.It was founded and standardized after the establishment of the Shaan-Gan-Ning border region,and has been running through the theme of democratic revolution and national liberation.Following the clue of historical development,this study selects secondary schools and their students in the Shaan-Gan-Ning border area as the research object,mainly based on the methods of literature analysis,historical research and case study,and analyzes the revolutionary culture that breeds the autonomy of secondary school students in the Shaan-Gan-Ning border area from the social background of political internal and external troubles,economic decline of people and cultural desolation in Northern Shaanxi before the revolution Soil:On the one hand,the strength of student groups began to highlight,and the sense of national crisis and revolutionary mission drove them to seek autonomy.The influx of new educational trends after the "May 4th"movement further innovated the ideology of young students.On the other hand,the establishment of "democratic" regime in the Shaan-Gan-Ning border region under the leadership of the Communist Party of China promoted the breeding of democratic factors in the border region.In addition,the secondary education foundation in the border region was weak and students were in urgent need With the help of participation and assistance,the student autonomy of secondary schools in the Shaan-Gan-Ning border region has arisen.After the establishment of Shaan-Gan-Ning Border Region,the student autonomy of middle and high schools was gradually standardized in the whole border region,and the student autonomy of early middle schools in China entered the initial stage of construction.In accordance with the regulations of the Education Department of the border area,secondary schools widely set up the formal organization of student autonomy--the Student Union and the class affairs meeting,so as to realize the exercise of the right of student autonomy and the development of autonomous activities.The student union of all schools follows the democratic centralism in organizational principle,and has great commonality in organizational structure,forming a linear functional structure,and forming the leadership of the Student Union with committee system.In terms of the management of student self-government organizations,the student union of each school is under the leadership of the school administration and has a guiding relationship with the school administration,which cannot be ordered or substituted by the school administration.At the same time,the practice of autonomy under the guidance of students'autonomous organizations involves not only students' self-management,but also school administration and social fields.Therefore,this study elaborates the practice of students'autonomy from the aspects of campus governance and social participation,analyzes the contradictions within the organization and between the campuses in the process of practice,and analyzes the causes of the conflicts.Student autonomy is a new thing in the border region.The development of student autonomy in secondary schools is still in the "immature" stage.In addition,the transition of political needs under the special background of the times,the resistance of old cultural traditions and the "democracy"pushed forward excessively without considering the ideological basis of students make conflicts in the practice of student autonomy occur from time to time.Finally,this study is based on the historical results of student autonomy in secondary schools in the Shaan-Gan-Ning border region and its enlightenment to the contemporary era of student autonomy.In terms of historical results,the students in the border region secondary schools began to move from "other governance" to "autonomy",and the students' consciousness and ability of autonomy were constantly improved.At the same time,the campus culture was greatly enriched and a free and lively new style of study was formed,which promoted the development of "democracy" in the whole border region.On the enlightenment of The Times,contemporary secondary schools should carry forward the spirit of carrying out student autonomy in border regions in the face of internal and external troubles,take secondary schools as places to exercise student autonomy,attach importance to the cultivation of student autonomy consciousness and ability,define the category of democratic autonomy for middle school students,and make rights and responsibilities clear.In conclusion,this study focused on the Shaan-Gan-Ning border region secondary school students in the process of the construction of student autonomous organization and autonomous practice both in school and society to participate in,to dialysis from the border region of middle school students' autonomous consciousness awakening,autonomy ability exercise and student groups to carry forward the spirit and social responsibility consciousness,and to search for students of politics,culture and thoughts at that time the collision of ideas.
