The main purpose of teaching Chinese as a foreign language is to cultivate learners using the Chinese language properly in every situation. Therefore, cultivating learners’ writing ability should become the important content of teaching Chinese as a foreign language. This thesis is based on the analysis of sampling investigation of the text of corpus from the aspect of vocabulary, phrases, paragraphs and syntax for writing assignment statistics, and then come to an conclusion:the style changes of the limitations of corpus is obtained between the oral style and neutral style.The first part of this thesis discusses the realistic significance of style research, and reviews the general situation of the research which is based on the styles of Chinese as a foreign language teaching materials, and then put forward the research ideas and methods.The second part elaborates the definition, formation and categories of modern study of style, investigates the theoretical basis of modern language learning and general situation of the development of modern style, and then makes research on the relationship between the teaching of style and teaching Chinese as a foreign language.The third part has selected3sets of listening and speaking material for analysis on the request of stylistic competence of syllabus for the advanced overseas students, and used the analyzing method on stylistic quantization to calculate stylistic assignment. Accordingly, the paper concludes that there are no substantial changes in style; rather, the changes are confined to the spoken style and neutral style.The forth part has put forward a series of suggestions on the advanced listening and speaking material, according to the conclusion of this paper, including diversified topics of writing, diversified style, standardized length and supplementary material. It also puts forward suggestions on adding the style of listening material in each class.The fifth part concludes the contents and main point, and evaluates the innovations and limitations.
