Under The Great Famine And The Government To Deal With The Study

Disease prevalent had great influence on people’s health during the great famine. This article takes the three communities of to analyze the famine in Jiangning district, Jiangpu district and Luhe district. I discusses deeply the famine period of the disease and measures to deal with problems.Except the introduction and conclusion, this article consisted of nine chapters. Chapter1introduces briefly the three counties of natural geography and establishing evolution. Then I reviewed the three counties disaster victims, life from the overview of the situation. Finally I discuss the concept of the urban and rural residents to famine.Chapter2focuses on the problem of famine in the period of the disease. First, I introduced the edema diseases, gynecological diseases, infantile malnutrition and hepatitis four principle of developing the disease. Then I discuss these questions that consist of distribution condition, disease diagnosis. I think the disaster condition directly reflects the three counties.Chapter3to5discusses the public response to the famine, including population outflow, the abandoned, stealing melon seeds, borrowing, etc. Chapter6to8discusses the approach of the government, including control, adjustment, and relief from three aspects. I analyzed the deficiency of government relief.Chapter9I treat the great famine in the two aspects of the historical destiny of all walks to cope with comment and the relation between officer and folk.The basic conclusion is that the illness and coping styles fully reflect the social stratification of famine. It is full of struggle, the adjustment and interaction between People and the government in the whole process.
