Abstract:Minorities always dance their own dance--this mass activity to celebrate their traditional festivals during their festivals. Minority dance is an important part of ethnic customs and minority traditional culture. As Tibetan and Qiang minorities" traditional sports project, Guo Zhuang dance has a relative long history. It not only brings happiness for the minorities but also provides people a chance to communicate with each other and keep health while dance it.After the Beijing Olympic Games in2008, the development of mass sports has reached a new level. And the line dance, as an important part of mass sports, has drawn people’s great attention. To reform GuoZhuang can not only meet the development of the culture but also keep the pace with the times. In order to achieve this goal, we first need to consider how to bring Tibetan and Qing"s GuoZhuang into colleges and universities sports curriculum. Make the school as a platform so as to provide a good condition for the Tibetan and Qing’s GuoZhuang. so that we can find any questions and correct them in time.Take the creation of QiangShanqing as an example, this essay has adopted the methods of literature, logic analysis and did a research on the transformation and promotion of the folk dance. At the very beginning, this article discussed on the history and characteristics of the line dance; the history and characteristics of GuoZhuang. and makes a further discussion of the necessity and possibility of the line dance of GuoZhuang.Then, we made a research on the transformation of the line dance of GuoZhuang. Take the QiangShanqing as an example. We had a discussion on the creation of its background motivation, principle, and thought.Moreover, the combination of complete movement of the song gave an analysis to the movement of GuoZhuang.Next, the article has explained how to make GuZhuang popular from two aspects. We made a discussion on the school and social extension of GuoZhuang according to the present condition. We made an elaboration on the development prospect of GuoZhuang according to the GuoZhuang competition both at school and in society.At the end of the article, according to the problems emerged in the folk dance, the author has come up with the following strategies:develop professional training coach of folk dancers; extend travel channels; ethnic elements properly and set up competitions for promotion, in order to provide a reasonable reference for the promotion of folk dance.
