It has been100years since the first film featured in China,but it’s only10years since theChinese film had a revolution called theater chain system,from then, we have been pushed intoindustrialization.In this one decade,our theater chain system become more and more good,mosttheater chains in the cities have a very good development.So it’s necessary to make a overallresearch for theater chain system.This paper mainly study the theater chain system in Nanjing.We study in multi-angles such ascommunication,marketing,management and sociology,deeply research the theater chain marketin Nanjing,we start from making a contrast for the Nanjing cinema market before and after therevolution,then we have an analysis to Nanjing theater chain system,it include the managementmodel, marketing method,how maket works and overall environment the cinema have,thechallenge and the threat.We make WANDA theater chain as a typical case,build2frameworks----SWOT and SCP,so we can make further and specific research and analysis.In thisway,we can offer feasible advices for the theater chain’s further development in Nanjing andother similar cities. |
