To build a harmonious society and establish a just and rationalsocial and political order is not only the modern pursuit of socialobjectives, but also for thousands of years a relentless governanceideal for Chinese politicians and thinkers. Wang Anshi is an idealmodel to achieve this De-jun-xing-dao (Authorized by the emperor torule the country in his own way), of which structure model of innersageness and outer kingliness has a great influence on thereconstruction of new-Confucianism in Song Dynasty. The authortries to outline the height of the constitution, open up Wang’s Mindand politics and clarify the relationship between “heaven, mindgovernance” between concentric to find Wang’s governance by thetransition and transformation model and its implementation path,namely, that the structural model of inner sageness and outerkingliness and realization of the path, in order to restore the deeptheoretical structure of Wang’s thought on governance, and then seizethe birth and keynote concern of new Confucianism in Song Dynasty,picture the reproduction of Wang’s thought on governance.The first part mainly introduces the significance of the topic,review of literature and research methods of the article, and pointsout the two trends of the Wang’s times: First trend is political changeof “back to three generations”, the second is opposed to Buddhismand Taoism and promote Confucianism. The second part of the articlediscusses the relationship between governance and heaven, humane.Heaven is based on governance and humane; humane sense ofproportion is governance; governance imitates law from heaven. In the view of Wang, the relationship of these three specifically mattersform Governance ideas of “tui-tian-dao,zhi-xin-xing,ming-ren-shi".This is the general idea of Wang’s thought on governance, andthereafter Wang’s blueprint on Governance begins. Then the thirdpart of the article will Introduce Wang’s Cosmic View and View ofMind which serves as a metaphysical foundation for Wang’s basicthought on Governance. In the discussion about the view of heaven,the first is from the air on the way advocating Imitation of Nature,and the transition to the ins and outs of heaven still have eitherchanged views and Heaven describes the three prescriptive of Heavenas well as the elucidation of the nature of people to Heaven concept.In view of human nature, this paper describes the proposition of“nature and temperance as one”. On this basis with furtherinformation on the nature of good and evil theory, Wang decides toconsider the reality of good and evil in the habit acquired, so thisarticle then introduced the moral cultivation as “Learning ofcultivation”. This chapter describes Wang’s Mind on Heaven alongwith special attention to clarifying differences between Luo Schooland Shuo School and exploring the unique charm of Wang thoughtson Governance. The fourth article introduces from the five aspectsthe main contents of Wang’s thoughts on Governance, that is, a moraland strategic culture with the vulgar world, political orientation,institution building testimonies of all the planning and construction ofmore capable of personnel righteousness unified financial design. Thefifth article first establishes Governance ideology precondition that“ruling the world collectively", and then focuses on Wang’s transitionfrom the Mind to the Governance and transformation of the mode of Governance and its implementation path. Articles in the introductionof this chapter, focusing on analysis of the mutual appreciation ofWang and the Emperor and the historical process of“De-jun-xing-dao”(Authorized by the emperor to rule the country inhis own way) and “Yi-dao-jin-tui”(Marching with Tao) and Wangexplores the reasons and causes of Ancestor monarch haphazard andWang twice self-banishment from the position then points out that therelationship between Wang and Ancestor and differences. Finally it isrevealed: the path of “De-jun-xing-dao”was the realization of Wang’sGovernance thought “Yi-dao-jin-tui” is the guarantee of realization ofhis Governance. The last part concludes the paper and summarizesGovernance as Wang’s thought and its practical value.
