This paper chooses two kinds of attitudes in our daily life, which are acceptable to most of us, namely Polite and Friendly. The thesis aimed to find the difference between the two countrys in expressing the two kinds of attitudes, which can provide useful information for Teaching Chinese as a foreign language. The study clue and method:1. Establish oral corpus and collect data. Firstly, we should design the corpus, of which text with different sentence type and length. Then praat and relevant procedures are used to annotate the corpus and extract acoustic data, including FO and duration.2. Organize the perceptual experiment. We take the way which combine perceptual experiment and acoustic analysis. The experiment was conducted with procedure to realize automation and more accuracy.3. Analyze the rhythm characteristics. We compare the difference between Chinese and Korean in abstract F0(Max F0, MinFO, Mean F0, range F0),duration and stress, after we extract the data. By comparison, we find something as follows:1. In politeness voice, the Chinese and Korean are in a big difference in abstract F0(Max F0, MinF0, Mean F0, range F0)as well as duration. The Chinese FO is obviously higher than the Korean’s, and the duration is longer than the Korean’s. The starting point is high. The FO domain is wide. The syllable duration of Chinese is shorter than the Korean’s. Then the Chinese express more fluently than the Korean. The FO of stressed words of Chinese is higher than the Korean both in politeness and neutral voice. The types of tone keep better in T1, T4than in others.2. In friendly voice, the Chinese and Korean are also difference in abstract F0(Max FO, MinFO, Mean F0, range F0)as well as duration. The Chinese FO is obviously higher than the Korean’s, and the duration is longer than the Korean’s. The starting point is high. The FO domain is wide. The syllable duration of Chinese is shorter than the Korean’s. Then the Chinese express more fluently than the Korean. The FO of stressed words of Chinese is higher than the Korean both in friendly and neutral voice. The types of tone keep better in T1, T4than in others.3. Comparing politeness and friendly, we find that the FO of politeness is lower than the friendly’s, and range FO isn’t wider than the friendly’s. The duration of polite is shorter than the friendly’s. The FO of stressed words of politeness is higher than the neutral, and that also exsits in friendly.4. The affect of sentence type on FO, duration is not so obviously in the Chinese and the Korean.
