Materialistic values is an emphasis on the importance of material wealth have personal values, the values that people tend to materialism, the pursuit of high material, high quality of life, the struggle for money and status as a target value of such a kind of attitude towards life. In order to better understand the situation of vocational students materialistic values, this study will Richins&Dawson Preparation of materialistic values scale (MVS) localization amendments; followed by gender, grade, professional type, household location, whether the child, aspects of family income, and other demographic variables, such as monthly living expenses for vocational students current situation of materialistic values and conduct variance analysis; Finally, the relationship between vocational students materialistic values, social support and subjective well-being of the three studies, the following conclusio-ns:(1) Amendment Richins and Dawson’s materialistic values questionnaire(MVS), including a successful property, access centers, get happy three dimensions. Which belongings success factor scores highest, followed by obtaining happiness factor is to get the lowest central factor.(3) Vocational students materialistic values and financial success factor out there is no significant gender differences, but access to the center and get pleasure factor of gender difference was statistically significant level, the boys get in the center of the dimension scores of happy than girls, in access scores than girls.(4) There are significant differences in grade vocational students materialistic values, and three factor scores.Specific performance:the score, get happy and successful property dimension scores with increasing grade upward trend, to get the center to score after the first increase with increasing grades drop. (5) Vocational students materialistic values and factor scores in the professional type, household location, whether or not significant in terms of the one-child differences.(6) Vocational students materialistic values and factor scores reached a significa-nt level in terms of family income.
