Investigation On Mental Health Of Long - Distance Passenger Transport Personnel In Liaoning Province

For a long time, traffic psychology has given high attention to drivers’ mental health.There are many surveies in view of drivers’ mental health,but a lot of research’ results are verydifferent,it still need further study. but for long-distance passengers transportationprofessionals’ mental health research is less,especially to persons other than drivers,Such asflight attendants, and administrators. the current domestic research for long-distancepassenger flight attendants have a small amount, and for long-distance administrator researchis almost none. In long-distance frequent accidents of today’s society,the long-distancepractitioners of mental health for traffic safety have a very important role,if we can compareall kinds of differences in the levels of long-distance passenger transport workers’ mentalhealth, we could be more targeted for all kinds of personnel timely and proper psychologicaladjustment, so as to improve their psychological health level, reduce the traffic accident rate,to achieve the ultimate goal of safe driving.Therefore, this article uses the questionnairesurvey, uses90symptoms checklist (SCL-90) to investigate and study of liaoning provincelong-distance passenger transportation mental health,including497drivers,453flightattendants and169administrators. we analysis their overall mental health status andcomparative analysis of different class practitioners,The following conclusions:1. The overall mental health of Long-distance practitioners in liaoning province Belongsto the medium to high,Most of them are in the mental health level.2. Individual Long-distance practitioners in liaoning show some mental and physicaldiscomfort and in psychological sub-health state, they need professional psychologicalcounseling.3. In the three kinds of practitioners, administrators and drivers’ mental health level isbetter than flight attendants.4. In three kinds of practitioners, administrators, only in somatization, force symptom andterror factors,drivers’ mental health level is better than administrators,and administrators’mental health level is better than flight attendants, forms the progressive relationship.
