With the development of globalization, market and promotion of information technology,social competition is fierce day by day, more and more people feel increasing pressure,enterprise employees have to face more and more competition and challenges.Futuresindustry as a star of the financial industry, the development is rapid in recent years. Asthe futures market change unpredictably, market risk vary from minute to minute, the futuresindustry characteristics of working time task is heavy, time is close, the futures industrypractitioners are also under the high pressure of work.Domestic and foreign related studiesindicated that, on one hand,working pressure directly affects people’s health and quality oflife, on the other hand, the individual’s job performance and the performance of the enterprisethere is a close connection between. Therefore, the study of working pressure and puttingforward strategies is imminent.This paper takes futures company employees of Shandong as an example, usingquestionnaire survey and in depth interview form extraction part of staff, survey mainlyinvolve employees basic situation, job stress, coping strategies and psychological healthstatus in four aspects. Through the recovery of questionnaire data and interview contentunderstanding futures practitioners work pressure and mental health status, job stress, copingstrategies and analysis of the relationship between mental health, discusses what aspects ofthe job stress and coping strategies on employees’ mental health brought about a significantimpact.This paper uses SPSS software to carry on the data analysis, mean value, standarddeviation, descriptive statistics, and then the single factor variance analysis, independentsamples T test, Scheffe multiple testing and Pearson correlation analysis and other methods ofin-depth analysis of data. The results show that, the futures practitioners working pressure isin the middle level, greater use of positive coping strategies, psychological health status forthe medium and heavy degree, employees because of individual characteristic variables ofdifferent job stress, coping strategies and psychological health status of difference. Job stress,stress coping strategies and psychological health status between the three partial correlation,stress coping strategies for the work pressure and mental health status of the relationship havea significant effect, and the working pressure for pressure coping strategies and psychological health status between the relationship also exists significant influence.According to the results, in this article from enterprise management model on the basis offutures practitioners, put forward pressure management recommendations, futures industryfrom organizations and individuals at two levels of work stress management, so as to achievethe purpose of improving the mental health status. Finally, this article shows the studylimitations, and future research suggestions and prospect.
