A Study On The Investment And Financing Of Cultural Industry In Inner

The cultural industry is a sunrise industry in the21st century， while theinvestment and financing problem is an important issue which plaguing the rapiddevelopment of China’s cultural industry. Therefore, it has important theoretical andpractical significance to research the issue of investment and financing of culturalindustries. Foreign countries have a relatively complete market economy system anddeveloped financial system, this is a very important factor in solving the problem ofinvestment and financing of cultural industry. Under the impact of the traditionaleconomic system, the form of financing system of China’s cultural industry is verysingle, this has seriously hampered the rapid development of China’s cultural industry.With the development of economy and culture, the role of culture industrybecomes more and more outstanding, its level of development has become animportant symbol of the regional economic and social development. In order topromote the development of cultural industry, our government implemented a seriesof policies and measures. And our cultural industry develops rapidly in thegovernment’s vigorously support. In recent years, the government of Inner MongoliaAutonomous Region has begun to attach importance to the development of cultureindustry, but there, culture industry remains at a low state, due to a numbers of limitsof conditions.Cultural industries as knowledge and capital-intensive industries, sufficientfunding is its foundation and protection for sustained and healthy development. Thecultural industry of our country construction started late, the cultural industryinvestment and financing system is under construction, and the cultural industryinvestment and financing mechanism is not perfect, the lack of financing is the main"bottleneck hindering "for the further development of China’s cultural industry.So,study on the investing and financing problems, and to establish the investing andfinancing mechanism of cultural industry in Inner Mongolia is very important. It canhelp to solve the capital problem, realize sustainable development of cultural industryin Inner Mongolia, and promote economic development.In this paper, the author analyzes the situation and problem of Inner Mongoliacultural industry. The bottle necks of the industry’s development involve lack offinancial support system of Multi-level,lack of government investment, simplex modeof investment and financing, imbalance of investment and financing structure, creditdeficiency in the environment of investment and financing, and so on.After that, thearticle analyzes and compares successful financing supporting experience in thedevelopment of foreign countries’cultural creativity industry. Finally on the ground ofsynthesizing previous analysis, the article puts forward suggestions to solve moneycollecting problem of Inner Mongolia’s cultural originality industry from three aspects:the government, financial institution and industry with the expectation to providesome reference value in the development of Inner Mongolia’s cultural industry.
