A Study On The Literature And Case Of Music In Shandong

Shandong Guchuiyue (Wind and Percussion ensemble) is one of the representative Guchuiyue in north of China, which has unique style, rich connotation and various forms. For a long time, it has attracted a lot of researchers, resulting in numerous research achievements. Currently, Shandong Guchuiyue has been made exquisite adjustments from time to time in order to adapt to the complex and changeable sociocultural environment. Based on the literary work and on-the-spot investigation, this paper, taking the paperwork of the past sixty years of Shandong Guchuiyue and current three folk bands as research objects, attempts to make a comprehensive study. The full text can be divided into two parts:The first part:document research on the Shandong Guchuiyue. Firstly, statistics analysis was made based on the research achievements published from1949to2013. Then, some key documents have been summarized. Lastly, documents have been summed up and analyzed from multiple perspectives on the basis of the classification criterion of the geographical attribution, research perspective, writing type and the background information of the researchers of the research objects. Moreover, current research has also been summarized and pondered.The second part:case study on folk bands. Based on the previous paralleled descriptions of the history, present condition and the application in current manner have been made on the three types of typical folk bands, which shows these folk bands’ choice in the face of different development paths.After the documents review, field investigation, rational knowledge and perceptual knowledge, in the conclusion part, profound reflections have been made on the transition of Shandong Guchuiyue, with the emphasis on the function of music and transformation of the living style of those artists.
