Political science theories that, from authoritarian regimes to democracy transition to go through two stages of "democratic transition" and the "democratic consolidation." ZANU-PF government came to power in 2016 marked the second time of political transition in Myanmar early stage has been completed, Myanmar is moving in the "consolidation of democracy" forward. In this paper, the theory and methodology of history, Comparative Politicsand,Political development and economics, since 1988, the military in political transition in Myanmar’s role and the role to be played by the system, in-depth analysis. Use of relevant theory and practice of comparative politics to explain the military may need to completely withdraw from the political experience of democratic government in power under 5-the transition period of 15 years or so, will it be possible to achieve genuine democratization In this paper, the use of prominent political development in authoritarian regimes politics shape change and political transformation theory, established in 1962, Ne Win regime in 1988 and the establishment of new military regime to sort out, to the military in political transition in the second role research and influence, military status, future trends.Through research, the paper argues that the new military junta plays a dual role, both political transition is dominated by political opponents in the second transition, the military substantially delayed and slowed down the process of political transition in Myanmar. The new ruling junta to step back from the direct to the current government and the NLD, "cooperation", always directly or indirectly affect the political situation in Myanmar, along with the question of military intervention is always the political transition process in Myanmar, Myanmar currently completed the political transformation of the early milestones in the "consolidation of democracy" with the deepening of the reform of democratic government, is bound to cause friction with the military, the late political transition in Myanmar needs both more compromises, but also a test of the wisdom of the ruling ZANU-PF leaders. Military political phenomenon in the next period of time will continue to exist.
