| Interpersonal communication is an important form of human everyday life.College students are the future of the nation and a new force for socialdevelopment. Most of today’s college students are the only child of theirfamilies, so they get too much care and love from family and society whichleads to some ethical dilemmas in interpersonal communication. Less attentionon this issue from their family, school and society will affect the collegestudents’ growth and also will bring serious social problems.Based on a questionnaire on interpersonal College Students at universitiesof Hunan province, the questionnaire is categorized analyzed and concludedto find out the solution to the original issue. Thesis is divided into threechapters.The first chapter clarifies the concept of college students’ interpersonalethics. This chapter uses layers of progressive approach to explaininterpersonal communication ethics, interpersonal ethics college concept.The second chapter analyzes the students’ interpersonal communicationstatus, the presence of ethical problems and their causes. The questionnaireanalysis summed up exist objective phenomenon in its various contacts of thecollege (such as family, school, social, virtual worlds). It summarizes thecontemporary university students on the fuzzy values, moral apathy, egotismexpansion, lack of ethics and other ethical issues. Study attributes thoseissues to lack of self-cultivation, psychological obstacles, lack of schooling,limitation of family-orientation and so on.The third chapter summarizes construction of interpersonal ethics. Itclarifies interpersonal equality, honesty, and friendship in order to correctstudents’ values and behavior. It regulates interpersonal behavior anddetermine the interpersonal rules which are respect, tolerance, care anddedication. It emphasizes the education of college students’ interpersonal by ethics enhance, emphasis on self-cultivation, family atmosphere and personalpractice. |
