This paper choose the program of YangLan One On One as research material. Wewill use the theories of pragmatics and cognitive pragmatics to discuss context theoriessystematically. Context theories are viewpoints and applications on matters of languageenvironment. First of all, I state the effects of famous persons; the rapid development oftelevision talk shows; the employment of language in television talk shows and thepractical significances of analysises of context theories used in television talk shows toexplain the origin of the paper. Then I state the research results of the pragmatics andpragmatic analysises on television talk shows and theories that related to languageenvironments. The paper develops the research of the language environments onYangLan One On One in full swing on the basises of introductions to television talkshows and YangLan One On One. This paper not only analyses the languageenvirionment of YangLan One On One from the aspects of traditional contexts andcognitive contexts but also discuss the application of context to conversation principles;predictions; ambiguity and fuzziness; different meanings of one expression and theapplicance of context by the host in the action of speech. Finally, this paper shows us thatthe researches of analysises of contexts theories of YangLan One On One are in order topromote the effectiveness and the smoothness of language communication of people’sdaily lives.
