In real life, individuals often face the uncertainty of decision-making results, the rule of stimulus-response-outcome shows that the decision-process includes stimulus phase, response phase and also outcome phase. The current experimental research on behavior decision-making mostly concentrates on study of response and outcome, while study on stimulus is neglected. In addition, decision-making situation has not been introduced into experimental research yet. In order to systematically discuss the neural mechanism of behavior decision-making under uncertain conditions, based on SRO rule and learning cold-hot cognitive theory, this research discusses the three-phase neural mechanism by ERPs.In this research, under cold condition, the N2 and P3 amplitude of occipital caused by valence (gain vs. loss) and value (large vs. small) in stimulus phase have no significant differences (ps>0.05); P3 amplitude and latency of occipital caused by response (large vs. small) in response phase has no significant difference (ps>0.05); FRN amplitude of prefrontal caused by outcome valence (gain vs. loss) in outcome phase has no significant difference (p>0.05). Under hot condition, the N2 and P3 amplitude of occipital caused by different valence and value have complicated changing mode, which is multiple interaction function (p<0.05); P3 amplitude and latency of occipital caused by different response in response phase have no significant differences (ps>0.05); FRN amplitude of prefrontal caused by outcome valence has no no significant difference (p>0.05). Under cold and hot conditions, P3 amplitude of occipital caused by different decision-making situations (cold vs. hot) in stimulus phase has significant differences (p<0.05); P3 amplitude of occipital caused by large response in different experimental situation in response phase has no significant difference (p<0.05) and that caused by small response has significant difference (p<0.05); FRN amplitude of prefrontal caused by valence in outcome phase has no significant difference (p>0.05).The following conclusions can be got based on the experimental results of this research:First, under cold condition, the experimental results of ERPs show that in stimulus, response and outcome phase, individual neural mechanism has no significant difference in stimulus processing.Second, under hot condition, the experimental results of ERPs show that under different stimulus conditions, individual has complicated neural mechanism in stimulus processing; while in response and outcome phase, individual neural mechanism has no significant difference in stimulus processing.Third, under cold-hot situations, the experimental results of ERPs show that in stimulus and response phase individuals have different neural mechanism in stimulus processing between the cold-hot situations, but in outcome phase, individuals have no significant difference in stimulus processing of neural mechanism between the cold-hot situations.
