Traditional culture can hardly make any progress without new forms of artistic practices or the guidance of new artistic methodology. Therefore, independent experimental animation has become an emerging and unique artistic expression in Chinese modern art. As a comprehensive artistic language, it has its own value, but its evolution has been promoted by the history of art and social existence. From the perspective of art history, independent experimental animation can be seen as the extension of an art form which has expanded and developed since the mechanical reproduction age. This paper explains the unique "calculation paper-like" illustrative features of this art form and the methodology behind these features. It also tries to apply the methodology to creative practices and regard it as the extended practical research into the printmaking art. | Keywords/Search Tags: | Photography, Impressionism, The mechanical, reproduction age, Abstract art, Cartoon, Alienation and anti alienation Independent, Illustration of calculus | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
