Christianity plays an irreplaceable role in the development of social work specialty, especially in western countries. Many social workers are C hristian or working for religious society welfare organization in social practical work. Social work takes Christia nity as a part of its working scope and does not repel it. Specialized social work cooperate with social services provided by churches instead of reject it. However relationships between specialized social work and C hristian social service are different, because firstly routes and extent are different from counties and regions, secondly relationships between Christianity and society are also different.This article discussed differences and similarities of social work developed with the Christianity ethics love others and the social work specialty Ethics help others based on the relationship of C hristianity and social work. This article is in view of experience of the author’s social work practice and an interview about a social worker with faith of Christianity. Love others can help to develop relationship between my interviewee and the service object well except some negative influences. This research aims to use the predominance of love others and social work specialty ethics together for better developing social work.
