Development And Social Change In Guoer Ross Region (1800-1931)

Guorluosi region is the jurisdictions of Guorluosi Qianqi and Houqi in Qing dynasty, Guorluosi is located in the east of Shengjing yongji state, faces the Shengjing side wall on the south, Khorchin in the west and nouth. Songhua River divided Guorluosi into Front Banner and Rear Banner. The area in the Qing dynasty is the Mongolian nomadic place, in the mid-to late Qing dynasty, it gradually become the agricultural reclamation land for Chinese. With the entrance of Chinese, the population structure, economic form, living environment, social environment and other aspects are all changed greatly. In modern times, this area is a typical place that social economy environment changed in Northeast of China. This article selects Guorluosi region as the research scope, from the perspective of regional history, collect the archives, local chronicles and other history books, emphatically from the population structure, economic development, administrative management, urban construction and the social environment and other aspects, to discuss the great changes in this area from 1800 to 1931, and to explore the influence factors of its evolution.This paper mainly consists of five parts:introduction, background of Guorluosi region’s development, the demographic transition and development of economic, the evolution of urban areas regional social, and the conclusion part.Guorluosi region has the fertile soil, abundant water; it is an ideal place to develop the husbandry. In the end of Qianlong reign periods, Zhasakegel Rabudan recruit tprivately, and so large number of Chinese swarm into ChangChunbao area. In order to strengthen the management, Qing government set up Chang Chun department. Since then, the mainland Chinese continue to come into the area and Kuan Chengzi son became to a prosperous town, then Chang Chun department moved to Kuan Chengzi also. After Japanese entering the area, and vigorously develop Er Daogou area, make it become the center of Chang Chun. The late Qing government accelerated develop the northeast frontier place, under this background, the inland han people rnter the Guorluosi region, in GuangXu government upgrade Chang Chun government into prefecture, added Nong An, Chang Ling and Zhao Zhou government, in Xuan Tong time, establish De Hui government, In the early years of the Republic of China, build the Zhao Dong government, in 1931, most people are Han nationality, agriculture has become the main economic form, town rise ceaselessly, Chang Chun as the represent city, the environment gradually transform to modernization, the marriage custom, funeral, diet, daily habits, social environment and others are all changed day by day.All in all, the mainland Han people swarm into Guorluosi region is the main reason to make local population structure changed, the economic transformed, the city developed and social climate chang,and at the late Qing dynasty.In the early years of the Republic of China, Japanese and Russian occupied this areas, it also makes the area present to varieties character.
