Relatively Strengthen The Professional Public Welfare Music Project

The criticism for the music subject of the current social activities could naturally lie in the category of the music criticism. The author mainly regards the “2013-2014 Walking into theater——International Music Year of Han & Tang Culture”, a regional non-profit music projectin Shanghai city, as criticism subject, to review all kinds of public non-profit music projects, and analyze the reasons for their developments that within the context. The article reviews the influence and value of this International music year(of Han & Tang Culture) that sponsored by the private enterprises, meanwhile compares it with the other non-profit programs in Shanghai, and then to excavates its enlightenments for the future development of this public non-profit music project, where performs certain practical significance to the research.The article is divided into five parts: the beginning part mainly introduces the research background, and reviews the past studies and researching methods, and so with their significance; the first chapter analysis the developments of public non-profit music projects for the past 10 years in the Shanghai city, and then leads to the evaluation of this private enterprise sponsored public music projects; the second chapter reviews the public music project promotion with music spreading perspective,which highly recognized its reinforced professional and popular value by comparing with other music-for-public projects; the third chapter evaluates the significance and value of the project as an international music year for public, and then providing some thoughts on the further development for other projects with the same type.
