Experience And Expression: Aesthetic Interpretation Of "Taste" Category

"Taste" is a comprehensive category, which penetrates the development of Chinese aesthetics and contains both subjects of experience and expression. In this paper,I try to discuss the development of "Taste" of Chinese classical aesthetics,analyze the cultural background of the development process from sensory “taste” to the “Taste”,and on this basis,try to reveal the experience and expression,the dual connotation of the “Taste”.The dual connotation of the “Taste” includes four aspects:Taoist aesthetics,aesthetics, Zen Confucian aesthetics, and the aesthetic way of nature-human integration.This paper announces the characteristics of Chinese classical aesthetics,by the way of studying the particular category of Chinese classical aesthetics,and announce the differences between Chinese and the Western classical works,that the Chinese classical aesthetics combine the main experience and the object of expression,by the way of comparing the characteristics of Chinese and the Western classical aesthetics.
