| Dennett’s theory of Consciousness Explained provides researchers of the Philosophy of Mind with a very effective, convenient explanation and prediction mode, promotes the development of study on the philosophy of mind, coordinates the fusion between psychology, biology and cognitive science and other disciplines. Dennett divides the investigators of soul into two types, namely projectivism and normativism, and Dennett himself is representative of specification doctrine. He believes that the intention concepts such as belief and desire can be attributed to complex systems(people, animals, artifacts, etc.), and he puts it as the subject of rational self, and makes it possible for the prediction and explanation of the issues in mind by the conversion and selection between physical position, designing position and the intentional stance.This paper consists three chapters, seven sections, the introduction and conclusion.In the first chapter, the main schools of research on the history of philosophy of mind are introduced.The advantages and disadvantages of different schools to solve the problem of the soul are pointed out, which leads to the development the Dennett intention theory; In the second chapter, I introduce the specific contents of Dennett intention interpretation theory, the establishment of intention, intention model system and the advantages of three position points and the key points of conversion; In the third chapter, the nature of Dennett Intentional Explanation theory are analyzed,which conforms to instrumentalism on the surface, actually belong to the category of "moderate realism".By exploring the Dennett’s theory of Consciousness Explained again and back to using philosophical reflection and critical attitude, further study on consolidation at home and abroad for Dennett’s intentional explanation theory, this paper, on the dialectical view of humanism in the history of philosophy, helps explain the Philosophy of Mind position, grasp spiritual research problem. |
