In the course of development of modern civil service system, the Nanjing National Government has played a role in the past and, in the succession of ancient advanced civilization on the basis of the political, from Western modern civil service system, set up a relatively complete system of civil service disciplinary supervision to standardize acts of public officials, civil servants disciplinary offense of dereliction of duty. Disciplinary authority system can be summarized from six parts: the Central Control Commission, the National Disciplinary Committee of the Administrative Officer, Central Staff Disciplinary Committee, Disciplinary Committee and other local public servants. This paper attempts to explore the National Government from 1927 to 1937 civil service disciplinary basic overview and disciplinary practices and get them useful lessons and inspiration to make a preliminary judgment.The full text is divided into four parts, the first part introduces the Establishment of the Republic of China since the establishment of the organization to the National Government servants before disciplinary bodies, trying to figure out the Republican civil service disciplinary system development context and continuity, and the second part detailed description of the classification and operational disciplinary procedures and disciplinary action of the Nanjing Government disciplinary system established disciplinary process and civil institutions. The third part is the analysis of disciplinary cases and disciplinary body for evaluating disciplinary institutions, correctional institutions in promoting the construction of a modern civil service system has played a positive role in the maintenance of the rule of the Kuomintang, and on this basis the development of the economy, maintaining the the territorial integrity of the country, but its limitations are obvious, and not enough to completely prevent the occurrence of corruption and dereliction of duty, and ultimately failed to save the collapse of the Kuomintang regime. The fourth part is to learn the discipline of Nanjing National Government failures, will help strengthen the fight against corruption in the construction of the new era.
