Studies On The National Assembly Of The Civil Service Commission In 1934

The National Assembly of the Civil Service Commission held in 1934 is of vital importance to the establishment of contemporary examination system in the early years of the National Government. The thesis mainly carries out its studies in the following aspects. First, it reviews the previous ideas and attempts to build the modern examination system as well as the exam right risks emerged before the National Assembly of the Civil Service Commission held in 1934.Second, the thesis works on the preparations, procedures and impact of this national assembly.
