This paper focused on the evolution of Chinese literature from ancient to modern, followed the clue of diachronic analysis which based on texts and three aspects including the musicality of poems, natural concept and individual lyrical from the longitudinal view, investigated the poetry achievement of DaiWangshu.DaiWangshu’s creation was both affected by the Chinese traditional and western literature. In the diachronic induction of his poetry, it could be found that traditional Chinese and western literature were not showing direct force at once, but had their process of infiltration from the outside to the inside. At Dai’s first creating period, Chinese traditional literature made a tremendous impact on him. Then his poem was deeply colored by the western literature at the second period, which seems inharmonious because of the difference between Chinese traditional and western literature. At last, he finally found the great comparability and common characteristic between the native and foreign tradition which both were used by Dai to realize the peak of his literary career.
