Combining the new words with the diversified culture and the national psychology to explore the characteristics of the new words in the present society can help us analyze the relationship among the culture, linguistic and the national psychology more deeply. Observing the latest trend of the linguistic development which based on the <The Contemporary Chinese Dictionary> (the sixth edition) can help us realize the epochal character of the dictionary more clearly.
