Construction Of Agglomeration Model Of Cultural Tourism Industry Innovation System And Its Utility Analysis

The speeding up of globalization pave the way for the rapid development of culturaland tourism industry.In china, such situation is particularly noticeable.The policyguidance, development of economy, advances in technology, convenienttransportation, improvement of living standards, ascension of personal culture qualityand so on,all the factors create a good conditions for the fusion of culture and tourismindustry at a deeper level.Nowadays, most of the research on cultural tourism focused on qualitativedescription of single type cultural tourism, and lack of the deep and systemic researchabout the cultural tourism on conceptual system, theoretical basis, quantitativeresearch methods, etc.Especially,through building the quantitative model for culturaltourism research are more rarely involved.For this reason, firstly,this paper is guidedby the the theory of system science and industrial integration, and hold the opinionthat cultural tourism industry innovation system is a complex system which formedunder the system driving force between culture industry and tourism industry,andhave the autonomy,openness and complexity features.After that,the paperdeconstruct the cultural tourism system into inner system and regulatory system onthe analysis of components and hierarchy structures of the cultural tourism industryinnovation system.Each of the inner system and regulatory system also contains anumber of subsystems and elements index.The above steps provide precondition forthe model building and system integrated force computing.Secondly, through theintegrated using of parallel law,entropy-weight method and fuzzy membershipfunction model, build cultural tourism industry innovation system cluster model (thePEF model).Based on the model,the corresponding measurement indicators arebuilt.And the model also enriches the cultural tourism quantitative researchmethods.Thirdly,the measurement results of PEF model also contain the couplingrelation between driving force mechanism and mode selection of the cultural tourismsystem.This will help to provide reference in policy making and model selection invarious provinces.At last,the paper also analyze the scope and what contents need tobe noticed of PEF model in the future research.This article is divided into six chapters,each chapter is roughly content summarized as follows: Chapter Ⅰ Preface. There are six main contents in this part, such as the researchbackground, the research significance, the research contents, the research methods,the research design and the innovation points.Chapter Ⅱ Related research at home and abroad.In order to give some new ideasand sights to the writing of the article, the related research at home and abroad werereviewed from three aspects: industrial convergence, innovation systems and culturaltourism.Chapter Ⅲ The basic theory research.In order to clarify the reasons, processesand dynamic mechanisms in the cultural tourism innovation system, system sciencetheory and industrial integration theory are selected as the foundation theory in thispaper.Chapter Ⅳ The PEF model building.This is one of the important sections of thisarticle. Firstly, the concepts of the cultural industry system, the tourism industrysystem and the cultural tourism industry innovation system are introduced in thischapter. Take the cultural tourism industry innovation system as a multi-level andmulti-factor complex system which is formed under the coupling power of cultureindustry system and tourism industry system and has the characteristics of subjectivity,adaptability and dynamic balance.The integrated force in the form of coupling powerbetween system elements prompt the evolution of the whole system.The internalstability mechanism of the system provides prescription of the whole system’sevolution. This chapter is also one of theimportant sections of this article.In this chapter, the measurement index system of thePEF model is set up and explained One by one, this will help for data collection.Afterthe original data collection,it is necessary to data processing and dynamic scorecalculation.The formula has been introduced in the fourth chapter,and the calculationprocesses are completed in the excel software.Finally,get the Score and ranking ofintegrated system power,inner system power and regulatory system power about the31provinces and cities in mainland China.And analyzes the above results from twoaspects:difference degree and balanced degree.After the analysis,we find that asfollows:firstly, the development condition of cultural tourism industry of the inland provinces in our country is generally low. Beijing has obvious advantages and is inthe lead position.The Number of provinces and cities whose system integrated powerscore between20and40is more than60%. Secondly, the score and ranking aboutinner system power and regulatory system power of most provinces is relativelyconsistent.The regulatory system power score had a greater influence on the score ofthe integrated power of whole system. But, there are still some provinces and citieshave big gap between the inner system power score and regulatory system powerscore, and show an unbalance development.At last, each score of the westernprovinces and cities is generally lower than the score of eastern provinces and cities.Chapter Ⅵ Conclusion.In this chapter, the whole article is summarized andsome disadvantages of the article are presented.
