Language is the most important tool for human communication, language is the symbolsystem of recording language writing. Property name is a language used in the text, a propernoun in the field. Property name not only let us understand that the market positioning,environment and scale, but also has the language features of pronunciation, vocabulary andgrammar aspects. But the sale is not only a linguistic phenomenon, but rather involves social,cultural, psychological and other aspects, so this paper take Weifang market as the researchobject, systematically study on sale from two perspectives of language and culture, in order tofind the characteristics and laws of Weifang property name name, and put forward theimprovement suggestions on non-standard property name.This paper is divided into five chapters:The first chapter is the introduction, mainly from the origin of the topic, research objectives,research significance and research status, research methods, the definition and the source ofcorpus and so on several aspects of the detailed description. Hand limit the data sources, theresearch object of the article clear, detailed research methodology and significance of this paperon the other hand, the study of everything in good order and well arranged, to further clarify theproperty name is not only a naming problem, it involves various factors such as language andculture, which has great research value.A linguistic analysis of the second chapter property name, from the perspective of phonetics,vocabulary, grammar, rhetoric and other factors, to reveal the flats were embodied in thelanguage features.
