In recent years, with the acceleration of China’s science and technology development, the teachers strength in colleges increasingly strong. It has changed the structure of foreign student’s choice, more and more students choose to study in Colleges of Science and Engineering in China. This is good for us to promote international education of engineering. At the same time, it has also brought new opportunities and challenges to the career of TCSL. English teaching mode of College of Science and Engineering due to its discipline development effect of TCSL, it’s different from general and liberal arts colleges in TCSL, because the Comprehensive Chinese Course in the whole course system is very few. Therefore, the teaching effect of comprehensive Chinese have direct or indirect influence on the curriculum system. Because of this, the research of comprehensive course of TCSL with the English teaching mode is very necessary.This paper is aimed at the practical teaching of comprehensive course in science and engineering college, chose seventeenth lessons in Experience Chinese Basic Course as an example, combined with the understanding of the situation in the teaching of creation, cultural infiltration, communication training commonly used methods and techniques, integrate into a variety of new teaching ideas and methods, From the aspects of classroom activities, teaching media, teaching content and so on, the teaching design has been carried out to innovate,in order to explain the author’s understanding of the teaching of Comprehensive Chinese language in polytechnic institutes.This paper consists of six parts. The first chapter is the introduction part, mainly elaborated the topic research background, the research goal and the significance, the research methods, the main contents of the domestic and foreign related teaching design of literature review and design of teaching Chinese as a foreign language research situation; the second chapter mainly introduces the teaching design and teaching levels, theoretical basis for the design of the associated process and English teaching mode in Universities of science and technology of Chinese comprehensive course teaching design principles; the third chapter analyzes the English teaching mode teaching situation of College of science and Engineering in comprehensive course of TCSL; fourth chapter makes a concrete analysis of design English teaching mode in Universities of science and technology in comprehensive course of TCSL teaching; the fifth chapter is the specific teaching cases are designed and the teaching design evaluation and reflection; the sixth chapter is the conclusion, summarizes the whole paper and points out the innovation and deficiency of this paper.
