A Study Of Phrases And Their Word Order In Bu Yi Language

Buyi language belongs to Sino-Tibetan language family Zhuang-Dong language, as an SVO language, the word order of verb phrase has a very typical typological features, Buyi language word order has many unique characteristics, studying the word order have reference value of typology; at the same time, research Buyi verb phrase constituent order to allow Buyi language learners can better grasp grammar of Buyi and native speakers can better understand the national language, and better distinguish the national language and Buyi word order similarities and differences,which have practical significance for inter-ethnic between verbal communication, language translation.The research of word order of Buyi verb phrase has always been a gap of Buyi language study, we use literature analysis, descriptive, comparative analysis of the Buyi verb phrases comprehensively and systematically combing, analysis, research, not only can observe the Buyi verb phrase word order changes, substantial research Buyi grammar description; also can provides realistic corpus reference to contrastive linguistics, language typology; at the same time, to explore the laws of Buyi description and word order verb phrase, which can provides Buyi theoretical basis and guidance for non-native speakers.In this study, Buyi verb phrases from different structure types classified into complement verb phrase structure, adverbial verb phrase and other structural part of the joint structure. We made detailed description of the system of subject-predicate structure, verb-object structure and other types of structure linked phrase word order and a number of modifiers arrangement,we found that there exists a verb phrase word order, which is different from the language of SVO word order features in some respects, some parameters out of the law and the type of arrangement and appear in a different position in the verb phrase, while a number of modifiers co occurrence have different relationship with verb, we conclude and summarize the law of the Buyi each word order verb phrase structure. By comparison verb phrase structure and word order in the two languages, we provide advice and guidance on the teaching system for non-native speakers.
