People’s free all-round development is lofty ideals and value pursuit of the Marxism theory. As critics of capitalism, Marx criticized the alienation and the one-sided of human in the capitalist system and pointed out that the "free man association" should be the basic principle of the new society-communist society, which achieves people’s free all-round development. Socialism is the primary stage of communist. Promoting people’s free all-round development is the essential requirement of socialist society. The Communist Party of China guided by the Marxism always adhere to the people’s main body status, lead the Chinese People taking the socialist road, promote people’s free all-round development, and develop and innovate people’s free all-round development theory of Marx in the socialist construction practice. On November 29,2012, Comrade Xi Jinping put forward to the Chinese dream of realizing national rejuvenation in visiting the exhibition of national rejuvenation.
