In the context of Marx's philosophy, the idea of "free man union" always occupies its core position, and runs through Marx's thought. This paper analyzes Marx's works in various periods in detail to explore his thought of "free man union" and its value in today's society. The related important links of this paper include four parts. The first part: the source of thought. One is the continuation of the theory.Marx's original ideological origin is some utopian socialist theories from the 16th century to the 19th century,as well as the ideological impact of German classical philosophy. In addition,Rousseau,Hegel,Feuerbach,Hess and other people's "society and man" theories enrich the source of his "free man union" thought.Another source is the reality at that time. The impact of the industrial revolution led to the polarization between the bourgeoisie and the proletariat.Serious exploitation made the proletariat have to resist, and then launched a violent revolution. All these laid a solid foundation for the emergence of his ideas. The second part: the evolution of Marx's thought of "the union of free men".From germination to maturity,Marx's thought of "free man union" began to explore the connotation of "free man" from the initial attempt to find the real reason of atomic deviation in the philosophical category. He thought that atomic deviation was not just an accident, and then deduced to the reality that human was not fixed. He thinks that political liberation is the premise of human liberation. He should remove the class concept of state, realize the ultimate liberation of human beings, make the "free people" who develop freely and consciously unite voluntarily, and correctly treat the relationship between the "free people" and the union. In his works,he constructed the blueprint of "free man union",and refined the production practice under the union, including education, medical treatment, religion, free man and other related theories. The third part: the content and characteristics of thought. In terms of content,Marx defined the nature of "free man",defined the denotation and connotation of "free man",elaborated freedom and all-round development separately, determined the attribute of "free man",and believed that man should be free, not subject to alienated labor, and free and conscious labor. In Marx's philosophy, human beings should be developed in an all-round way. With the improvement of social productive forces, social material wealth is greatly enriched, and the reform of social division of labor and distribution system, mental and physical labor are no longer the basis for distinguishing human beings.Instead, human beings are developed in an all-round way,Thus fully embodies the subjectivity of human. From its theoretical characteristics, the idea of "the union of free men" is the highest form in the community theory, but in the current world development, due to the economic and political factors of various countries, its theory will be in the process of continuous development for a long time. The fourth part: the significance of Marx's thought of "the union of free men".Its theory is considered from the perspective of the whole human being,so it is of great significance. The theory provides the ultimate direction of human development for all countries in the world, and is an important basis for evaluating social development.Especially in the contemporary world, countries strive to develop their own economic strength and military strength, and the idea of paying attention to individual value and individual interests is infinitely enlarged.Marx devoted himself to the overall development of human beings and believed that the "free man" and the union should develop and help each other.China's one belt, one road, and the community of human destiny, has been put into practice.Marx's thought of "the union of free men" not only provides a philosophical basis for China's theory of the community of human destiny, but also provides a practical road for the liberation and development of the whole mankind..
