Tour study means that persons travels in time and space and causes changes in culture and society in order to seek more knowledge and life experie nce,which could obtain the enlightment of wisdom and consciousness.The Spring and Autumn Warring States Period was the destruction of rites and music, and decadency of royal family, besides hereditary system was collapsing, the scholars with no salary appeared. They have to make a living in a different way, some of them went to other principalities, expected be put in an important position by the monarch; other scholars became intellectuals, earned a living by giving lectures, and private schools spring up. Tour study activities become a common practice, what’s more, the prosperity of big city, convenient traffic and the development of writing books were all contributed to Tour tudy activities. The personal Tour study activities were mainly consisted of scholars and lower civilians of male grade.In the Spring and Autumn Warring States Period, the whole area of The Confucian, the Mohist and the Legalists had their own characteristics, they were bigger and bigger, from east to west Q in dynasty. The personal Tour study activities area was becoming smaller and smaller, and the personal Tour study activities area of the Legalists was from “home” to “abroad”. From the core area of Tour study activities we could see that The Confucian and the Mohist were from concentration to dispersion, while the the Legalists was becoming concentrated. The Confucian was depauperating, slowly they were further and further with the political center, while the Legalists were appreciated by the lord, and their ideas were realized.
