| In ancient times, Contract Documents,as a legal form of commodity exchange,is very important in people’s social and economic lives.With the improvement of the contract contents and contract culture,The zhengzhan words included in there also had became a very unique part.these words appear in ancient Contract Documents from Han to Qing,they have been used in every age,and each stage they all show different appearance.This paper selects zhengzhan words from the ancient Contract Documents,Featuring their interpretation,in the other word,it means that all the words in this paper all have sememes in the follow:[+Compete,+Get,+Unfair,+Illegal].First,the article add up these words in chronological order, the usage of every word in each time contract document is presented to analyze the historical evolution of words. Second,every word is compared the contract documents with the use of traditional literature, and explore the vocabulary differences in meaning, grammatical function.The analysis of the meaning mainly uses the traditional exegesis method, such as according to the context, parallelism of induction and so on. Explaining the meaning mainly use the method of static description. Summarizing the words evolution adopts the method of longitudinal diachronic comparison. Studying the regional distribution adopts the method of statistics list.Overall,In the process of development,these words from singal syllable words changed to double syllable words,and have age, geography, dialect, and color style.The innovation of this article is mainly to systematically organize the zhengzhan words in contract document, to some extent making up for the loopholes in current research. In addition, the preliminary discussion on the evolution of the zhengzhan words provides some information for the research on the evolution history of Chinese vocabulary. |
