I found that the studies of contract words with the meaning of some scattered, lots of them are only briefly introduced.There fore, this article will be based on a collection of the history of the contract names. I try to collect the contract names of the history and select the object of study from the Xizhou to the period of the Republic of China, mainly in Qing Dynasty and southern China.The paper refers to the history of the contract meaning words, meanwile, referring to the Feng Xuewei classification method of time sequence contract, the contract in accordance with the classification of make a contract process.On this basis, the article will sort the core of each stage of the core elements of a morpheme as the center of further classification,they will be divided into ten stages parts,after the stage of making contract they are divided into several small categories.For each contract words there is a corresponding example. Because there are too much of them, the article briefly explains the meaning of those words and explains some of the difficult contract names in detail.
