As an important part of the international Chinese education, oversea Chinese education is an important role of the Chinese international teaching research. With the development of the cooperation between Korea and China in economic, cultural and other aspects, the Chinese education in Korea is now part pf the basic education there. Moreover, teachers of Chinese from China who are working in Korea are now playing an important role in the Chinese education there.Because of the differences in cultural background, education system and language, teachers of Chinese may meet with difficulties when teaching Chinese oversea. These problems may cause some bad effect to the accomplishment of the task of Chinese teaching and the development of the teachers of Chinese. On the basis of the author’s own experiences as a Chinese teacher in Korea, this paper analyzes the "Team Teaching" which is widely used in the high schools in Korea, gives the strategies to dealing with the potential difficulties during the teaching period. Besides, with the method of "reflection", this paper helps the teachers to achieve their professional development, hopes to give a reference for the teachers of Chinese who are soon to be a part of the oversea Chinese teaching.This paper is composed of 5 Sections.Section 1:Introduction. Introduction part first illustrates the meaning, the object and the area of the research in this paper. Then, by reviewing the previous papers and analyzing the state-of-art research results, on the basis of the absorption of the related research, the defects of the previous work are given, which provide ideas for the research of this paper. Finally, to introduce the research method and data source.Section 2:Analysis of Team Teaching of Chinese. The analysis of the teachers aims at clarifying the degree that how much the native teachers of Chinese should participate in the work, determining their role in teaching. The analysis of the teaching material exhibits the teaching missions based on the teaching material and the various supplementary teaching material. The analysis of the students and teaching purpose mainly introduces situation of the elective Chinese course in high school education in Korea, the purpose of the elective Chinese course, and the purpose of the students taking part in the course.Section 3:The process of the Team Teaching. With the course implement process as guidance, this part analyzes the mission allocation in the cooperation between the Chinese and Korean teachers, both before, within and after the class, and during every part of the class.Section 4:The professional development of teachers of Chinese in Team Teaching mode. This part defines the content of the professional development of teachers of Chinese, analyzes the process and influencing elements of the professional development of teachers of Chinese in Team Teaching mode, illustrates the advantages and disadvantages of Team Teaching mode for the professional development of the oversea teachers of Chinese.Section 5:"Reflection" promotes the professional development of teachers of Chinese. According to the requirement to the reflection ability of the teachers of Chinese in the new edition of The International Standard of teachers of Chinese, this part defines the notion of the "reflective" Chinese teacher, analyzes the characteristics of the thinking, emotion and knowledge structure as well as the growth process of the "reflective" Chinese teacher. On the basis of the previous work, this part concludes the experience of Chinese teaching in Korea, applies both practical and theoretical research results to the practical Chinese teaching, hoping to make useful thinking and advice for Chinese teaching in Korea.
