Electricity is related to all aspects of daily life,electric power systems not only affect national economy,but also people’s life.Therefore ensuring the steady operation of power system is very important. However,accidents that are caused by human error usually occur in electric power systems.Foreign researches have focused on improving the level of operator’s situation awareness,etc..While domestic researches are not yet reached the level of refinement,aiming to create a psychological model of how humans to be adaptive to the operations.During working,the power system operator will be affected by emotion,noise fatigue and other factors.The situation awareness has strong impact on the procedure of human-computer interaction.Situation awareness refers to the operator’s determining and forecasting of the entire system status based on the situaional and environmental factors.Situation awareness is the perception、the understanding and the forecasting of the elements in the environment within a period of time or some space.Based on the three-level model(Endsley),this study use SAGAT to measure operator’s situation awareness.Based on the attentional resource theory,this study investigated the impacts of some interference factors on the situation awareness,in which we select the negative emotion and auditory distraction.Refering to the expertise model(Crane),the high level of situation awareness was equal to expertise,the expert of a field has higher level of situation awareness than the novice.This study focused on the difference of the affect of the negative emotion and the auditory distraction between the expert and the novice,then analyzed the reasons.Firstly,the study develop a set of scales for measuring power system master control operator’s situation awareness,and verified the reliability and validity of the tool.The parallel tests,had good level of concurrent validity and predictive validity. Secondly,using video clip to elicit the negative emotion of the operators,then investigated the impact of the negative emotion on the situation awareness of the expert and the novice,the aiming to detecting whether existing the difference exist,then analyzed the reasons.Thirdly,the operators performed a dual task,which distract the auditory attention from the situation awareness.Then investigated the impact of (low load)auditory distraction on the situation awareness,and the purpose was to detect whether the impact and the difference exist,then analyzing the reasons.Research conclusions are as follows:(1)Negative emotions significantly affect the situation awareness level of the novice,but not the expert.The expert usually regulate the negative emotions consciously,to reduce the impact of the negative emotions.The result showed that by improving the novice’s ability of regulating emotions can reduce the interference caused by low-level negative emotion to situation awareness.(2)Low-load auditory distraction do not significantly affect the situation awareness of the operator,no matter the expert or the novice.So low-load auditory distraction in work environment won’t affect the situation awareness of the operator.
