As an trait anxiety individual with an anxiety-susceptible population, previous studies have found that it has higher attention alertness to threat-related negative emotional stimuli and negative attention bias characteristics such as threat stimuli. In the end, will it be promoted by negative emotions to promote auditory processing or more easily occupied by negative emotions to hinder auditory processing? The impact mechanism has yet to be explored. At present,a large amount of research focuses on the description and proof of the attention bias of trait anxiety individuals and the formation and influencing factors.Few studies have paid attention to the influence of this negative attention bias on trait anxiety individuals on other perceptual processing..Our perceptual processing in daily life is a cross-channel and dynamic process,so it is more ecological to explore the impact of negative emotion pictures on auditory processing. Therefore, this study is divided into two experiments to explore the negative emotional picture of auditory processing under different conditions of attention for trait anxiety individuals. In the first experiment,a total of 40 non-depressed high and low trait anxiety individuals were screened by the Beck Depression and Trait Anxiety Scale. The visual emotion picture is used to start + auditory double-selection Oddball paradigm. The medium and negative scene emotion pictures and the sinusoidal sounds of different frequencies are used as experimental materials. The subjects are required to judge the four picture-sound combination buttons, and use ERP technology to investigate high. The effect of negative emotion pictures of low trait anxiety individuals on auditory processing under subsequent attention conditions. The results showed that:(1)Regardless of high and low trait anxiety individuals, the visual late positive component(LPP)amplitude of the negative picture and the average amplitude of the auditory N1,N2,and LPN after the negative picture were significantly higher than the neutral picture; The mean amplitudes of auditory N1,N2,and LPN of individuals with high trait anxiety were significantly higher than those of low trait anxiety individuals. In the second experiment,38 people with non-depressed high and low trait anxiety were selected by Beck Depression and Trait Anxiety Scale.Using visual emotion picture + passive auditory Oddball paradigm, taking medium and negative scene emotion pictures and pure sound of different frequencies as experimental materials, the subjects are required to pay attention to the picture and ignore the sound, and use ERP technology to investigate the high/low trait anxiety individual. The effect of negative emotion pictures on auditory processing under non-attention conditions at almost the same time. The results show that:(1)the auditory N1 amplitude in the neutral graph test differs in the tone type, while the auditory N1 amplitude in the negative graph test has no significant difference;the average amplitude of the auditory P2 in the negative graph test is significant.Compared with the reduction in the neutral map;the auditory MMN in the negative graph trial is reduced compared to the auditory MMN in the neutral graph;(2)the auditory MMN of the high trait anxiety individual compared to the hearing of the low trait anxiety individual MMN is reduced. The results show that(1)negative emotions capture more attention resources and are shared by auditory stimuli in short time interval(600ms).Negative emotions promote auditory processing under follow-up conditions.(2)High trait anxiety Individual attention bias regulates the promotion of negative emotions to the auditory processing of subsequent attention conditions, which is more able to share its high alertness to negative pictures by subsequent auditory stimuli, thereby enhancing the attention to subsequent hearing.(3)Negative emotions make attention resources focus on picture-related tasks, hindering the ability to automatically detect non-attentional auditory changes.(4)Negative emotions have a greater impact on high-trait anxiety individuals, and their automatic detection of non-attentional auditory changes Ability is more hindered under negative emotions. This study confirms that the emotional motivation initiation hypothesis elaborated by Lang et al.,that is,the capture of processing resources by emotional stimuli can also be extended in time to affect the processing of subsequent stimuli, and that individuals with high trait anxiety are more alert to threat-related negative emotion pictures. It makes it pay attention to the better preparation state, and produces early attention orientation and maintenance for the auditory stimulation under the follow-up condition. In addition,it also confirms the theory that negative emotions are narrowed out by emotion, which is the theory of information,so that attention is more focused on the current task, and then it is difficult to detect changes in auditory stimuli under the simultaneous non-attention conditions.
