A Study On The Propositions

This paper takes Lingao Dialect classifier as the research object, which uses Structural linguistics descriptive methods and Typological research methods on the basis of discussion of origin and classification of the Lingao Dialect classifier, analyzes the basic characteristics of Lingao Dialect classifier, describes the system itself in detail and focuses on the grammatical features, grammatical function, sound change phenomenon and word order typology of Lingao Dialect classifier. Among them, the focuses of this paper are the grammatical function, sound change phenomenon and the word order type of Lingao Dialect classifier. As for the grammatical function of Lingao Dialect classifier, this paper mainly discusses collocation and combination capability of Lingao Dialect classifier and other parts of speech and the ability to serve as a sentence components. Meanwhile, this paper tries to summarize the rule of classifier’s sound change and illustrate its rules of sound change phenomenon and reasons of sound change. The word order typology of Lingao Dialect classifier focuses on the research of Numeral+Classifier+Noun structure. Finally, comparing the Lingao Dialect classifier’s system with different language classifier’s systems, this paper attempts to dig out the characteristics of Lingao Dialect classifier.There are five chapters respectively discussing the full text of Lingao Dialect classifier, plus the introduction and conclusion of two parts.ChapterⅠfirstly makes a conclusion about the research status of Lingao Dialect classifier, collected documents, achievements of our predecessors and the problems existing in the present study.Chapter II briefly arranges the source channels of Lingao Dialect classifier, detailed analyzes and explains the four sources of Lingao Dialect classifier and discusses some academia’s classification of classifier, and finally according to informative corpus to make comparison with some characteristics of the classifiers’ different categories.Chapter Ⅲ analyzes the functions of Lingao Dialect classifier’s scale, description and classification, and also studies the collocation function of Lingao Dialect classifier, including the collocation between it and numeral, demonstrative pronoun, nouns and adjectives and also illustrates and analyzes the ability of the classifier structure alone working as syntactic component.Chapter Ⅳ mainly inspects the syntactic function of Lingao Dialect classifier phrases, and with the help of living examples, demonstrates the features of Lingao Dialect classifier phrases as subject, predicate, object, attributive, adverbial and complement.ChapterⅤbriefly discusses the phenomenon of Lingao Dialect classifier’s sound change, which mainly analyzes the variations in sound, tone and chorus of Lingao Dialect speech flow from the collocation of classifiers and numerals and classifiers overlapping and give the reasons about above situations.chapter Ⅵ discusses the complexity of Lingao Dialect numerals and quantifiers and nouns combination in typological view, including "Noun+Numeral+Classifier", "Numeral+Classifier+Noun" and "Noun+Classifier+Numeral" and the differences of various types’ produced by the collocation between classifiers and other words.Chapter VII briefly discusses some phenomenon of the "Numeral+Classifier+ Noun" structure under the view of typology. The first one is omission; the second is the particularity of "One+Classifier+Noun" structure; the third is the formation of "Noun+Numeral+Classifier", which focuses on the analysis of new word order’s external and internal reasons caused by language contact and "Noun+Numeral+ Classifier".The last part summarizes the basic grammatical features of the Lingao Dialect classifier and put forward some innovations and deficiencies about Lingao Dialect classifier in this paper.
