Escher is a painter in the Netherlands. His scientific, logical, and philosophical art style became an independent school among art schools in the 20th century, going far beyond the aesthetic significance presented by the traditional paintings. His style is also not the same as other art style of modern paintings. So it is difficult to categorize him. The war and surrealism had a more profound effect on him. He was good at using the plane inlay and contradictory space to constitute the pictures during his creation. Escher advocated the nature and his pictures had a strong sense of form and composition, with an intense contrast of black and white and rich details, graceful lines. His creation process was rigorous and full of ration, with the objective images and abstract mathematical logic enjoyment. His works embodied the profound truth and ridiculous thoughts, such as infinite loop thoughts and paradox thoughts, etc. The artistic style greatly expanded the visual language of art, exploring the artists’thinking and having extensive and far-reaching influence on modern visual art. In this paper, the author tries to use the method of utilizing digital images to build contradictory space to explore new language of visual arts and pay highest respects to Escher!...
