Based on the introduction of the qing dynasty official assessment system on the basis of the laws and regulations, expounds the qing officials appraisal system from the lineage of the Ming dynasty \"full\" system, \"jing\" and \"plans\" system, to the state change process of appraisal system, thus it can be seen that the test class standard strictly, the content of the elaboration, dabble in distinctive features, such as the widely but also restricted by \"imperial power is supreme\,\"first manchu dynasty\" the limits of mainstream ideology. Taking history as a mirror, throughout the qing dynasty and legalization process appraisal system of laws and regulations, there are many worthy of our learning and using for reference, such as scientifically set up the assessment content, unified inspection standard strictly, seriously implement the inspection procedure, etc. Today, the rapid progress of science and technology, the comprehensive national strength competition is very fierce, different ideological and cultural impact each other, all kinds of complicated contradictions.
