Research On Financial Support Policy Of Ancient Mausoleum Cultural Resources Development In Guanzhong Area Of ​​Shaanxi Province

In recent years, especially since the Party’s 18th Conference, China began to vigorously develop the cultural industry to create an important growth pole in promoting China’s economic development. In this context, Shaanxi Province has formulated a series of policies to promote the development of cultural industries, which has an obvious promotion effect on the cultural industry of the Guanzhong area in Shaanxi. But with Guanzhong cultural resource, especially to its mausoleum heritage cultural resource, the promotion effect on the cultural industry is not obvious. Among these unresolved issues, Cultural financial support policies so lagged behind that restrict the rapid development of Guanzhong ancient mausoleum cultural resources.Based on the financial supporting policy, this paper study the question on the ancient mausoleum cultural resource development in Guanzhong area of Shaanxi Province. According to the status of development and experience of other Chinese provinces, we wish to propose finance policy recommendations not only consistent with guiding significance in theory and practice, but also with development of the ancient mausoleum and cultural resources in the region. Through establishing and improving mechanism of these policy: administrative support policy, fiscal support policy, cultural industries lending model, financial market support policy, and industrial property transactions policy. We wish promote mausoleum heritage cultural resource development of Guanzhong area, advance the orderly development and utilization on mausoleum heritage cultural resource in Shaanxi Cultural Resources.
