The21st century is the era of the marriage of culture and the economy. Thecultural industry is increasingly becoming par economic growth momentum andmodern technology. China has a vast territory with many ethnic groups, nationalculture is very rich in resources. In recent years, in many ethnic minority areas, thedevelopment and utilization of the resources of the national culture has become animportant way to the local transformation of economic growth、 increaseemployment and achieve leapfrog development.
