Comparison sentence is a external form of expression when someone want to make some comparison between A and B. As an important reference for typological research, the syntactic representation, and the markers are considered one of the important factors. This paper, by means of looking up in references, comparing Kam-Tai languages, and comparing Kam-Tai languages and Chinese dialects, conclude the comparative construction of Kam-Tai languages. It manages to probes into the components of comparison sentence, the differences among those languages, and their negative forms, as well as discussing their changes from the angle of language contact. The full-text is divided into six chapters, and the main content of each chapter are described as follows.Chapter 1 briefly introduces the object and scope, significance and value, measures and previous research results.Chapter 2 discusses the word order types, gives a deep description and specific analysis. According to the alignment differences of comparative subjects, the markers, and the results, we conclude those word orders of Kam-Tai language into six types.Chapter 3 analyzes the internal difference among Kam-Tai languages, from the angle of comparative subject, standard, marker and result.Chapter 4 probe into the negative form of comparative sentence of Kam-Tai language, and focus on the asymmetry, scope when compared with affirmative form.Chapter 5 discusses the differences between Kam-Tai languages and Chinese southern dialect. Kam-Tai languages and Cantonese, Fujian Dialect, Southwest Mandarin have the same comparative construction, such as S+M+St+R, S+R+M+St, and S+R+St.Chapter 6 concludes the distribution of the special comparative structure like S+M+St+R, then demonstrates why the the special comparative structure like S+M+St+R abound in Kam-Tai languages.
