A Study On The Interruption Of Broadcasting Emotional Hotline

Based on the three aspects of functional linguistics, social linguistics and pragmatics, this paper makes a study on the interruption of the radio emotional class hot line talk program. First, through the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, it is found that the participants are more effective in the use of fast speech, and at the same time, it is found that the main reason is that the language of the host is relatively long. On the other hand, this paper analyzes the inappropriate interruption of broadcast emotional class hot line talk show host. Bold interrupted behavior will lead to waste of time show and the audience to host professional questioned, we found that cause host bold interrupted phenomenon is mainly expression of the host’s idea question and participants. Host rude interruption behaviors will normal communication between host and participants, we found that cause rudely interrupted phenomenon is the main reason for the participants generation are unknown or irrelevant, and frequently interrupt the moderator. Second, this paper analyzes the gender differences in the way of interruption and the reaction after being interrupted by the knowledge of social linguistics, and explains the difference between the host and the host. Third, this paper combined with the pragmatic knowledge of host interrupted discourse of context adaptation, and also analyzed the host interrupt discourse phenomena contrary to contextual factors and cooperative principle, found that host interrupted discourse against the contextual factors is mainly to the participants to save face and maintain their own image, and host interrupt discourse violate the cooperative principle is mainly makes the program more compact and ensure that the audience can hear all the important information.
