After World War I, Europe faced many crises,The calls for unite European arose again, there has been Richard Coudenhove-Kalergi’s "Pan-European movement" and Aristide Briand’s "European Union", Soviet Russia and other countries also presented European unite programs. Although these attempts have failed for their own shortcomings and influenced by the environment at that time, they had a significant impact the European Union process after the World War II.This passage is mainly divided into three chapters. The first chapter has a brief description of the history of various European Union Movement, from Pierre, Kant and Napoleon have their own ideas of European union. The second chapter, we mainly describe the movement of European unity. Firstly, the paper introduces the postwar European face political and economic crises, then describe "Pan European movement" European Union "plan and other countries European ideas. Reasons for the failure of the third chapter mainly analysis the movement of European unity, including lack of existence itself, on the other hand has also been the influence of the international environment at that time, and between Britain and France and the contradiction between the economic crisis of stimulation factors eventually effects movement of European unity. The European Union transport dynamic ultimately failed.
