A Probe Into The Reasons For The Failure Of The European Union Movement Between The Two World Wars

After World War I, Europe faced many crises,The calls for unite European arose again, there has been Richard Coudenhove-Kalergi’s "Pan-European movement" and Aristide Briand’s "European Union", Soviet Russia and other countries also presented European unite programs.
