Historically, the theme of happiness has always been a concern of many scholars. Beacuse in real life, humanbeings are always walking on the road which leads to the happiness. So, it has become the goal and ideal of one’s life. Based on the exploration reserch of Qian Mu’s concept : “What is happiness?” “The realationship between virtue and happiness” and "What is the way to achieve happiness" and in other issues, Mu has a unique understanding. In his opinion, longevity,wealth and living a peaceful life are essential factors,but the most important one is “You hao de”(which means one has a peaceful mind and live a harmony life with nature.)Beacuss viture is fundamental reasons of happiness and happiness is the result of kind behaviors.The text are divided into three parts:The first part mu explores the influence of Confucian concept of happiness to Qian, on the basis of Confucius, Mencius and Zhu Xi, Wang Fu Zhi and other Confucian happy to explore the theory, analyzes the background and the theoretical roots of formation of Qian Mu’s happiness outlook.The second part studies the main content of Mu Idea of Happiness. In Qian’s view, longevity, wealth and extrinsic condition is indeed an indispensable condition to achieve happiness, but it must be based on the heart of kindness. Being rich and behaving kindly, so the happiness is easy to be found. Secondly, Qian Mu stressed obtain the highest level of happiness lies in our own inner spiritual enrichment and pleasure. Virtue is the nature of human beings, naturally can bring happiness to mankind, even without worldly possessions, virtue can maintain our inner happiness,but if they lose a virtue, then it does not matter to own a ture happiness. Happiness is not only refers to the external conditions of people’s lives, more importantly, mentally reach the highest level. Finally, Qian Mu also reminds us that happiness will be affected by some external obejective factors that hunman beings can not control, and the only thing we can do is to hold a sincere attitude towards happiness, hoping for the best.The third part attempts to analyze the contemporary value of Mu concept of happiness, mainly from two aspects to discuss. First, Qian mu’s concept of happiness has plays a positive role in guiding which improves human spirit, and thus to promote access to supreme happiness. Qian Mu’s view of Happiness research Idea benefitsus re-examine our own values, concept of happiness, which led us to choose can make our lives more meaningful.The pursuit of happiness for each of us can create a harmonious and stable social environment; second, Qian Mu’s opinion of "caring all things" provide the theoretical support for the concept of ecological civilization. The core of Qian Mu’s idea of Happiness is to pursue happiness by kind behaviors, and virtue is simply "benevolence". In Qian Mu’s mind, "benevolence" is not only reflected in the caring for themselves, so their family, but also in all life on earth love.Qian Mu called for us in addition to caring for the respect of our own loved ones, and to learn to care and love everyone else also. Qian Mu’s concept of happiness arouse people’s reflection of how to seek harmony between man and nature.In order to improve the environmental awareness of the masses, and enhance the quality of the environment we live together, we should promote actively that only by the "caring all things". Can we achieve a permanent happiness, and push people to take part in protecting the enviornment.Through this article, I hope we can understand some basic consensus of happiness.And form a correct concept of happiness, everyone can get a proper understanding of happiness, rational pursuit of happiness. With these understanding to establish a correct concept of happiness, thus create a healthy cultural and moral atmosphere, arouse the whole nation full of striving spirit, improve our mental state,help every one of us to achieve ideal of happiness.
