A Study On The Dissemination Of Chinese In Kazakhstan Under The "One Way" Initiative

Under the guidance of "The Belt and Road" (The Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road), China is intensifying its cooperation with Kazakhstan in various areas, both of them are gradually rise bilateral relations to be strategic partner of each other. In this case, Kazakhstan is no longer a "weak area" but a "key region" for Chinese propagation. In the face of such a rare opportunity, country-specific research for Chinese propagation is especially important. Though since the independence of Kazakhstan, their improvement in language policy, education and their cooperation with China among these fields, they have made remarkable achievements, currently, there are still many problems need to be solved in the process of Chinese propagation among Kazakhstan, in order to form a more scientific mechanism for Chinese propagation, therefore, in view of the situation of "The Belt and Road", method for Chinese propagation needs to be changed follow the characteristic of the modern time, in order to prepare for the long term of Chinese propagation.The dissertation mainly uses documentary research and macro system analysis method to study the language policy of Kazakhstan, the situation of Chinese propagation among Kazakhstan and the effect on Chinese propagation made by "The Belt and Road", thereby, proposing a more suitable proposal for Chinese propagation in future.
