The Study On The Spread Of Chinese Language And Culture In Russia Under The Background Of The Belt And Road

The Belt and Road Initiative includes more than 60 countries and districts,which commonly use a variety of languages and inevitably exhibit significant culture differences.Accordingly,in the operation and execution of the plan of the Belt and Road Initiative,existing differences between China and these countries are very likely to result in unexpected difficulties and challenges in the cooperation.Russia,as one of the most important countries in the Belt and Road Initiative,appears to be involved with these issues as well.In order to address these issues and create smoother communications,not only China needs to deeply understand the language and culture of Russia,but it is also necessary to meet Russia's growing need for the Chinese language and culture.Using methods of literatures studies and contents analysis with practice,this study is focused on the spread of Chinese language and culture in Russia based on the plan of The Belt and Road Initiative.Compare and analyze Chinese culture and Russian culture to seek the similarities and difference between them and possible reasons leading to these similarities and difference.Summarize the property and then find the existing issues of current spread of Chinese culture in Russia by organizing the history and progress of the spread of Chinese culture in Russia.Furthermore,integrate the comparison of Chinese-Russian language culture into the spread progress of Chinese language culture in Russia and analyze the spread circumstance,in terms of new opportunities brought by Belt and Road Initiative and the spread modes of Chinese language culture,of Chinese language culture under new policies of the Belt and Road Initiative.By investigating modes currently applied in teaching Chinese as a foreignlanguage and integrating its practical teaching experiences,tentatively propose teaching modes in teaching Chinese as a foreign language based on the culture spread in Russia.This study aims to address issues,including insufficient communication regarding language and culture in China-Russia cooperation projects of the Belt and Road Initiative,merely emphasizing on teaching language elements teaching,and neglecting culture guidance of teaching Chinese as a foreign language in Russia,so as to avoid the imbalance phenomena in the spread process of Chinese language and culture and therefore ensure smooth spread of Chinese language and culture for better serving in the Belt and Road Initiative,and Spreading language and culture is beneficial for positively affecting Chinese language and clulture in the plan of Belt and Road,further leading to sincere and close communications between China and Russia as well as their citizens.
