China is a agriculture as the mainstay of the country, the rural population accounts for the proportion to be long-term topped, state policies can be carried out smoothly, largely depending on the effectiveness of rural governance.Confucianism as the main body of Chinese traditional culture and its impact on China’s penetration in all aspects of society and country is the birthplace of Confucian culture and the reservoir for the traditional culture, the Confucian roots in the countryside.
